A treatment that falls through, a health issue, or a last-minute setback… With cancellation insurance, you are reimbursed for fees paid (rent, deposit…), according to the contract’s conditions. It truly gives you peace of mind to book in advance without stress.

Offered for several years by the association, Marsh insurance (Sam Loisirs) is managed directly between your host and the Aix Meublés association. It is especially suitable if you prefer guided subscription, without going through an online platform.
When you make your reservation, your host will give you a pre-filled registration form. Simply sign it and return it with a check made out to Marsh.
6% of the total amount of the stay.
Example: for a stay of €800, the insurance amount is €48.
