The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living area separated from the sleeping area. You will be less than a 10-minute walk from the Chevalley thermal baths, 15 minutes by bus from the Domaine Marlioz thermal baths, and one street away from the center of Aix Les Bains, close to shops and pedestrian streets. (A shuttle serves the thermal baths from the residence.) You will be able to park easily near the accommodation: - Notre Dame church parking lot or in the street in the green zone, with a sliding scale rate using the Aix PASS card. - Chaudanne covered parking, 100 m from the apartment, for 2024 and upon presentation of the rental contract, ultra-preferential rates, 10 € per week in the green zone on the street*! *We remain fully available for any further information.
