Quiet T2 in a fully fenced detached house on the first heights of Aix-les-Bains, with automatic gate and a private parking space.
Bus stop 10 meters away; the Chevalley spa is 750 meters on foot; town center 5 minutes away; Lake Bourget 10 minutes away; and ski resort departure 15 minutes away by car.
T2 ideal for 2 people (160 cm bed) but can accommodate one additional person on the living room sofa bed. Pets are allowed due to the outdoor area and a quiet neighborhood for walks, with your own independent entrance. There is an outdoor space at your disposal on the lawn with a sun lounger, table and chairs.
The interior includes an entrance-dining area-living room-kitchen (open plan), a shower room with a flat shower tray and WC, and a bedroom (160*190 bed; bed linens, towels and a dish towel provided).
Everything is equipped with all the essentials (filter and capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, hairdryer, radio, TV, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner...) and plenty of storage. Convertible sofa bed for 140 cm bedding if additional sleeping space is needed. (non-smoking apartment and no car charging).

Stay 400 euros per week and 950 euros for a 21-day spa guest. (+ local visitor tax).
