This T2 is new, ideal for 2 people (pets accepted as there is outdoor space and a quiet neighborhood for walks), with its own private entrance and an outdoor area with lawn, deck chair, table and chairs at your disposal.
The interior features an entrance dining room-living room-open kitchen, a shower room with flat shower tray and WC, and a bedroom (140*190 bed). The apartment is fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, hi-fi system, TV, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.) with plenty of storage, and a convertible sofa for extra sleeping arrangements on short stays (non-smoking apartment).
