Located near the thermal baths, the Grand Salon apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator in the Excelsior residence, a former palace listed as a historic monument and recently renovated. The area is residential and quiet, with private parking and public parking 100 m away. You are 300 m from the Chevalley thermal baths and very close to the city center, with a bus stop right at the building entrance. This apartment has just been completely renovated. The large 44 m² room is very bright, with high ceilings and Art Nouveau style wall decorations. It features a fully equipped kitchen area with a dining island, a TV lounge area, a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress topper for the night, a reading corner, and a writing desk. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cabin.
