It consists of a main room with a kitchenette, equipped and furnished (small refrigerator, combination microwave oven, cooktop), and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The living/lounge area includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 large storage closet, as well as a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (bed linen provided). A private outdoor parking space for one vehicle with a badge is also available within the residence. Located in the heart of Aix-les-Bains, the studio is close to all amenities (shops, mini-markets, market, restaurants, green park): - 5 minutes on foot (400 meters) from the TGV train station, 2 minutes (130 m) from the Tourist Office and the Casino, - 13 minutes on foot (650 m) from the Chevalley Thermal Baths or 6 minutes (350 m) from the No. 3 bus stop “Atrium” to the Thermal Baths, - 1900 m from the Domaine Marlioz Thermal Baths, about 2200 m from Lake Bourget. 3-week package (thermal cures) for the year 2025:
From November 1st to March 31st = €490.00 (Deposit of €122.50)
From April 1st to May 31st and from October 1st to 31st = €520.00 (Deposit of €130)
From June 1st to September 30th = €550.00 (Deposit of €137.50)
* Provisional tourist tax not included: €0.95 per day and per person (2024 edition)

All rates are indicated excluding tourist tax and billed services.

A 25% deposit is required when booking.
Balance of the rental and tourist taxes to be paid by check or cash upon arrival at the accommodation.

Arrival: Saturday from 4pm, Departure: Saturday before 11am. (Flexible on a case-by-case basis)
Weekly stays possible depending on availability.

We offer you the option to subscribe, through our partner company “TRUSTIWAY” (partner of the association “Aix’Meublés”), to a Cancellation Insurance (including COVID-19 protection), at a rate of 3.50% of the stay amount (for example, €17.15 for a stay costing €490) (excluding tourist tax and additional services).

This CANCELLATION INSURANCE is optional but highly recommended, as in case of cancellation your deposit will be refunded and you will not have to pay the balance of the rental.
