Welcome to our charming 2* studio at Château Durieux 2 in Aix-les-Bains, ideal for your spa treatments and holidays in Savoie (Lake Bourget, Musilac, skiing): -Dream location, right in the city center, just a few steps from the thermal baths, perfect for spa guests. City center: 3 minutes on foot / Chevalley thermal baths: 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car / Marlioz thermal baths: 6 minutes by car. -Managed by a professional concierge service, with cleaning after each stay to ensure an impeccably clean space. -Recently renovated studio, fully equipped (bath towels and bed linen provided). -Dining area with TV, table and 4 chairs. Equipped kitchen with raclette machine for 2 people, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, plenty of utensils and dishes. 2 single beds with memory foam mattresses, which can be joined into a King Size bed. 1/ Rates for 3-week rentals (bed linen and bath towels included in these rates):
-Low season (November to January): 650 euros
-Low season (February to March): 750 euros
-Mid season (April, May, June, October): 850 euros
-High season (July, August, September): 950 euros
To these rates will be added: tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning (60 euros).
On the day of your arrival, any late arrival after 8 pm will incur an additional charge of 40 euros.
2/ Rate for 1-week rental (bed linen and bath towels included in this rate):
-Low season (November to January): 200 euros
-Low season (February to March): 250 euros
-Mid season (April, May, June, October): 300 euros
-High season (July, August, September): 350 euros
To this rate will be added: tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning (60 euros).
On the day of your arrival, any late arrival after 8 pm will incur an additional charge of 40 euros.
