In the city center of Aix-les-Bains, close to all amenities within walking distance, in a quiet environment, a fully renovated 26 m² studio, bright, with a terrace and a view of Mont Revard. It is located on the 4th floor of a building, with an elevator and a small parking lot.
The studio includes: an entrance hall with storage, a separate equipped kitchen opening onto a main room consisting of a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Plenty of storage space.
Numerous amenities: vacuum cleaner, kettle, coffee maker, oven, private washing machine, ironing equipment, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, television, etc. The sofa bed (140x190) is fitted with a memory foam mattress topper for extra comfort and is easy to unfold.
1 minute walk from shops, 6 minutes walk from the SNCF train station, 14 minutes walk from the Chevalley thermal baths, 20 minutes walk from the Marlioz estate thermal baths, and 25 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Bourget.

Arrival: Saturday from 4 pm, Departure: Saturday before 11 am.

The cost of this insurance, arranged through “Aix’Meublés,” is 6% of the rental amount (excluding tourist tax and additional services), to be paid in addition to the rental fee.
