Gite in the owners' house. 1st floor (independent access): living room with kitchen and lounge area, WiFi connection, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200cm that can be joined to form 1 double bed 180x200cm / 1 double bed 140x190cm / 1 single bed 90x190cm), a bathroom (shower), separate toilet. All comforts provided, including a tumble dryer. Bed linen included and beds made on arrival.
Large shared, wooded, and flower-filled grounds (2000m2) with children's play equipment. Private shaded parking in summer. Panoramic 23 m2 south-facing terrace (with rolling awning) offering views of the Aix countryside and Lake Bourget.
