In the heart of Aix-les-Bains, "la Maison de Marie" is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
You are a 5-minute walk from the market and the city center, and 10 minutes from the Casino and the Lake.
The Chevalley and Marlioz thermal baths are less than 10 minutes away by car. There is also a bus serving the thermal baths 300m from the house.
You will stay in an independent house (70m²) with a large terrace and an adjoining landscaped garden of 100 m² (tables and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, etc.).
On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a convertible sofa bed (140x190), a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (Italian-style shower), and separate toilets. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed and a 140x190 bed.
A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. A second parking space is available as an option.
Two bicycles are at your disposal.
