29 m² studio near the thermal baths and Aix city center

Our studio, fully renovated and very bright, is ideally located near the Aix les Bains thermal baths (500m on foot) and the city center (150m), while still being in a quiet area. You will also benefit from the nearby bus line n°3 to go to the thermal baths or the train station.
The studio will accommodate 2 people in its 29m², facing due west with a balcony and a view of the Dent du Chat.
Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in Château Durieux, a secure residence popular with spa guests, it is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay: internet, television, washing machine, sheets and towels provided. Its brand new fitted kitchen offers every comfort.
It is also air-conditioned for hot summer days.

I will personally welcome you upon your arrival and will be available throughout your stay to make it pleasant and enjoyable. I will be happy to share with you my favorite addresses in Aix, my favorite restaurants, and activities to do in the area.

If necessary, I can pick you up at the Aix train station and help you settle in.
