We rent out our apartment facing Lake Bourget in AIX les BAINS. Located in a high-end residence with an elevator, the spacious duplex apartment (73m2) will delight you with its position and its exceptional view of Lake Bourget to the west, and of Mont Revard to the east. Combining the pleasures of both lake and mountains, you will feel right at home in our well-equipped and tastefully decorated apartment, whether you are here for a spa treatment or for a relaxing and invigorating holiday with family or friends. We prefer weekly rentals with a discounted rate for stays of 2 or 3 weeks. On request, we offer a parking space and bed linen (for an additional fee).
The apartment consists, on the upper floor, of a bedroom (Revard view), two large closets, and a bathroom with toilet; on the lower floor, there is a living room with a balcony (facing the lake), a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two closets, a toilet, and a second bedroom (Revard view). The entrance to the apartment is from the upper level, so it is not very suitable for people with reduced mobility.
