With a surface area of approximately 25 m2, this studio is designed to ensure optimal comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen offers 2 induction hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware.
The sleeping area is furnished with a 140x200 bed, high-comfort bedding with pocket springs - 7 zones - for firm and independent support.
The bathroom features a pleasant walk-in shower and toilet.
Its small balcony offers a beautiful view of the Dent du Chat.

Linvosges bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.

The Villa also has a shared laundry area, with a washing machine, MIELE dryer, and steam station.

A closed garage is available upon request for an additional fee, as well as the rental of LAPIERRE electric bikes.

Someone is present during weekdays and daytime hours.
